Request a Return
All return requests must be emailed to our customer service department no later than 10 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using the form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped back no later than 5 business days from the date the return was authorized.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs which you may have paid when placing or returning your order. Shipping costs (including return shipping) are non-refundable.
