Refund policy
All return requests must be emailed to our customer service department no later than 10 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact using our Return Form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns must be shipped back no later than 5 business days from the date the return was authorized.
Please remember to write your order number on the outside of your parcel. Without this we won’t be able to process your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event an item is damaged, missing or the wrong item was sent to you, you must alert us within 48 hours of receiving your package, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit, particularly if the “No Tracking” shipping option was selected at checkout.
- When the parcel is returned through the fault of the client (incorrect address, refusal to receive the parcel, refusal to pay customs duties for international delivery, etc.), the refund to the credit card will be reduced by the amount of the actual cost of delivery in both directions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs which you may have paid when placing or returning your order. Shipping costs (including return shipping) are non-refundable.
